Having a background in classical ballet, contemporary dance and dance pedagogy has made me curious about the body. I have learned how we, most often unconsciously, create unhealthy movement patterns which end up doing more harm than good in the long run.
I am also an aspiring health and nutrition coach, finishing my education in the Metropolitan University College in Copenhagen, Denmark. I think it is crucial to understand how the mind, the body and how we treat it (exercise, nutrition, rest etc.) really is connected and learn about how we can make conscious and informed decisions to stay healthy and active for as long as possible!
