Before visiting Pranama, please take note of these important steps:

Due to the current situation with the spread of Covid-19 we kindly ask everyone

who wants to join our classes at the studio to respect the following guidelines:

⟹ Do not come to class if you have any symptoms of a cold or an infection – if you still want to practice please join our live streamed online classes instead

⟹ If you have been sick, do not come to class until you've had a week without any symptoms – choose a class online instead

⟹ Do not come to class if you are in quarantine due to sick family members or any other reason – choose a class online instead

⟹ Bring your own mat if you can, or a yoga towel / regular towel / schawl to place on top of our mats / props. Mats and props will still be available to everyone and are cleaned after each use.

⟹ Wash hands thoroughly and regularly, before and after class, and use the hand sanitisers available in all our shalas and common areas.

⟹ Clean your mat and other props after use with the provided supplies in each shala.

What we will do on site:

⟹ Hand soap will always be provided in all of our four bathrooms as well as hand sanitizer in our common areas.

⟹ Areas which are commonly touched / used like door knobs, faucets, tables, tea station & thermos and so on will be sanitized several times a day as well as before and after each class.

⟹ We will clean all used yoga mats daily. There will be no eye pillows provided on site.

⟹ Classes onsite will be taught in our bigger shalas – Earth Shala & Moon Shala – where we can provide a lot of space in between mats.

⟹ We have a limited amount of participants in each class to ensure we follow the regulations of the Swedish Pandemic Law. We will not have classes start and finish at the same time to avoid crowds in changing room and common areas.

⟹ Our teachers will not give any physical touch nor move around closely to the students, ensuring to always be at least two meters away as well.

⟹ Our teachers will be following the same percautions as everyone else coming to the shala – staying home when not well and staying in quarantine when needed.
