Embodied Yin™

Embodied Yin™ Yoga  is where the mystical permeates the mundane. It invites us to explore our multidimensional capacities for healing by listening and sensing with the whole body-mind. It increases awareness of our mind-body connection in each dimension and through different somatic approaches, intuitive movement, classical nondual Tantra, Chinese medicine and Yin yoga, opens up space by helping to release limitations.

Embodied Yin™ + Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, often also refered to as "yogic sleep" is a soft practice where students are guided through the different layers, or koshas, of the body, lying motionless on there mats. The aim is to stay on the borderlands of the concious and the uncouncious state of mind to create a physical as well as a  mental deep relaxation, tapping into our true authentic being.

Embodied Yin™ + Holy Trinity

Pranayama, Mantra and Meditation. We begin by exploring breath work, the most powerful bridge between our nervous system and the present moment. We then move onto working with the healing properties of your own voices, in conjunction with highly potent, ancient words. We finish with a guided meditation to help get out of the monkey mind and into our true essence. 

We invite you to this threefold practice of the holy trinity.

Authentic Flow

Authentic Flow is an intuitive, embodied and explorative yoga and somatics class with some or all of these tools included: asana, authentic movement, unique soundscape, mantra, pranayama, creative sequencing, self exploration, Tantrik philosophy and elemental work.

Embodied Flow™

Embodied Flow is a system of transformational yoga that invites you into the deepest sense of self. Through an integrative blend of hatha yoga, somatics, movement meditations, tantric philosophy, and transpersonal psychology it elicits the experience of stepping into flow as meditation in action.

Hatha Flow

The strength of the asana, the fluidity of flow and the softness of relaxation all combined. We allow for a powerful yet slightly slower hatha flow, because when we slow down we have the opportunity to fully feel every single aspect of our practice and are able to find stability and strength in our transitions. It also gives us time to let our practice really sink in and and a space for guidance to feel love towards ourselves on and off the mat.

Strong Flow

Stand fully in your power and explore the fire within with this dynamic and energizing flow. As the fire grows and expresses through you, you'll be reminded of your innate strength and unstoppable force. Allow the fire to awaken within you on your mat – and it might just follow you out into the world!

Slow Flow

A slow and more gentle class where we explore the space between movement and stillness with the support of asana and breath. Giving you time to recover and slow down, yet still be in mindful, loving movemnet. Slow is the flow. 

TGIF Yoga

TGIF! This class is dynamic and fun – always designed for you to release the week! Get into the weekend mode in the best possible way with a new theme and teacher every week! Check out the theme description of this class the same week and you will know more of what to expect.

Embodied Spiritual Warrior

Embodied Spiritual Warrior invites to a strong embodied asana practice, guided by your breath and incorporating tools such as asana, authentic movement, unique soundscape, mantra, pranayama, creative sequencing, self exploration, Tantrik philosophy and elemental work. Come be a fierce warrior for yourself!

Shamanic Flow

With inspiration from animalistic movements and the shamanic devotion to earth and it´s habitants, we´ll flow through funky beats and dynamic breathwork. Tune into your energetic body, explore your inner wilderness and release spirit into the shala!

Sweet Sunday Flow

This gentle and slow class is an intuitive, embodied and explorative yoga experience where we integrate the week through the body, breath and spirit as well as prepare ourselvese for a new week ahead. We'll explore the space between movement and stillness as we find ways to meet ourselves and the world around with curiosity and compassion.

Embodied Mama ~ Pregnancy Yoga

Embodied Mama is a yoga/movement form for connecting at a deeper lever with the body when you are preparing for pregnancy or alredy pregnant. We will explore asana, embodiment practices, meditation, breathing and relaxation practices. A lot of focus is given to strengthening and relaxing the pelvic floor, breathing and abdominals + core support, shoulders, hips and movement to enable the optimal flow within these areas. 

 

All classes can be joined by mamas in the pre-conception phase as well as in all weeks of pregnancy (early ones as well!). We believe in support for mothers-to-be throughout the whole journey, where each and every phase is equally important. 

Embodied Mama + Baby ~ Post-natal Yoga

Welcome to a playful Embodied Mama & Baby class for you and your little one! This class is specifically designed for the postpartum body with sequencing focused on safely restoring the core and pelvic floor, building upper body strength and stretching the shoulders, neck and back, as well as rebuilding balance. It also allows you to connect with your baby in a very sweet way through touch and movement. Getting you ready to conquer the rest of the day!

 

Join with your baby, or join on your own. No yoga experience necessary! This class is all about you so keep mothering on during the yoga practice and make each class your own. Do whatever will make both you and your baby most comfortable. Bring a mat, a blanket and anything else cozy that you would like for this online class for yourself and your baby in the comfort of your home. 

Pilates

Pilates is an exercising method of holistic nature that is medically approved and considered one of the most effective workouts in the world. The general aim of this method is to bring awareness into your body and movement to support your overall health. It is suitable for everyone as we exercise progressively, building gradually onto your existing knowledge and skill.

Foundation Pilates

This foundation class is a wonderful place to start your Pilates journey from! In these classes you will learn how to identify the weak links in your movement and work on removing the restrictions (such as tensions, tissue stress, pain & stiffness) that might inhibit your daily life. It can be a nice first step into your Pilates practice or an excellent transition from an injury or pain where you work towards building your core foundation – an important step in any recovery process that is often missed by many.

 

These foundational classes will teach you all the basics, so that you can gradually build on your existing knowledge and make sure you give yourself time to develop at your own pace. These classes will also set a solid base for any general exercise and aim to make your workouts more effective!

Intention Meditation

Start your week right by tuning in into yourself in stillness and precense. This Intention Meditation is a guided experience where we will set our intentions for the week ahead and bring in a spacious sense of ourselves into any new beginnings. You don't have to have any previous experience. Bring a cup of tea and your journal, find a comfortable seat and let's sit and breathe together!
