Welcome to four virtual Sundays together
with the amazing Myra Avedon!
Relaxing Meditations and Embodied Moving Experiences II
(Upon huge demand, and a filled up course during September/October, we have decided to create another course and continue the journey! This course will touch upon some new themes, if you joined the previous one, at the same time it's completely open for new students – no previous experience needed!)
Meditation helps us quiet and center, it takes us out of our daily habitual routines, and mindfully encourages us to feel our state of being rather than doing. This calm state of being can enhance our sense of balance and ease, and this can ripple back into our daily lives.
Moving experiences can inspire us into expanded states of awareness, touching into deeper states of conscious connection while strengthening our physical embodiment.
Myra looks forward to gathering as a group and enhancing our individual growth and personal practices through our shared moving experiences.
The classes will include:
1. Guided meditations, embodiment explorations
and somatic movement practices
2. Coming into presence and resonance in the moment
3. Supporting resilience, ease, and flow
4. Explorations of how our embodied physicality
can offer underlying support for psycho-spiritual states of being
What to wear and bring to the class:
Please wear comfortable clothes for meditation,
movement, and (self touch) hands on work.
Remember to have water to drink in the pauses
Bring journaling and/or drawing materials.
It can also be nice to have a yoga mat, meditation
pillow and possibly a blanket or gymnastic ball.
4 Sundays starting Noember 8th at 17:00-19:00 CET
A recording of each session will be available for
7 days to everyone signed up for the course.
Course fee is non-refundable but your spot can be transferred to someone else.
Spots are very limited for this unique and intimate virtual experience!

Thus each session is a co-creative process developed with the person in the moment to best meet the need of the moment. Sessions include self help tools that people can take with them and feel supported by in their daily life.
Myra’s sessions will be offered to participants in the workshop for 100€ per hour, for people outside the workshop it will be a cost of 125€ per hour for sessions.
