In 2016 I tried yoga for the first time, attending Satu Tuomela’s Embodied Flow class in Stockholm. I was drawn to Satu’s magical combination of music and movement and how it affected my body, mind and spirit. Needless to say, I instantly fell in love with the healing powers of yoga.

In the summer of 2018 I finished a 200h Embodied Flow teacher training at Pranama. Apart from teaching yoga I am studying Sports Science at the Swedish School of Sport and Health Sciences.

My love for music and flowing, strong movement shines through in my Embodied Spiritual Warrior class. For me yoga isn’t exercise (although I do enjoy the physical aspect of it), it’s a tool to better handle the ups and downs of life. This is something I try to bring into my classes. Yoga has changed my life for the better and I hope to give a little piece of that to my students.
