What are your opening hours?
We are open every day 30 minutes before each class onsite. To find out when we have classes, please check out our class schedule here.
How can I best reach you?
You can talk to the staff at our reception, they are available 30 minutes before each class and can answer any questions regarding memberships or class tyoes. If you have other questions – please reach out to our Studio Manager at email@example.com. If you wish to reach one of the Studio Owners you can e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. We are happy to connect through e-mail or a personal Zoom-call!
What kind of memerships do you offer?
We offer Yearly & Monthly Memberships as well as 5 / 10 / 20 Class Passes. If you are a new student, we highly recommend to begin with an Intro Pass to try our studio out for 7 days for only 290 SEK. You'll find all of our memberships and information about them here.
Who are your classes for? Are there different levels?
We don't believe in levels and all of our classes are designed to fit everyone – whether you've been practicing for days or decades. Our teachers offer alternatives for everyone in order to support and empower you wherever you are finding yourself at the moment.
I am new to Pranama – which classes should I try?
We are devoted to embodiment and our signature classes are called Embodied Yin™ and Authentic Flow. You can read about all of our classes here. We recommend you trying them out with curiosity and as mentioned before – they are for everyone no matter your previous experience! We also offer classes like Hatha Flow and Strong Flow as well as Melting Yin, amongst many others. Warmly welcome!
What are your door codes?
Our door codes are kept private to ensure a completely safe environment for our students. Our reception is always open 30 minutes before each class and a couple of minutes after a class begins in case there are any late comers. If you are coming for a class/workshop – please be on time to make sure to get in!
What is the best way to book a class?
We highly recommend downloading our App Pranama Stockholm – it ensures a smooth experience for seeing the schedule, creating a membership, booking classes/workshops and receiving the latest news! You can download it on App Store here and on Google Play here. Besides the app, you can use the browser and find your way through our Class Schedule page.
How do I cancel a class?
You can cancel a booking at latest 6 hours before the class begins. If you have used a credit to book a class, cancelling it in time will give you the credit back. You can do this through our app or through the browser.
I am on the waitlist for a class – what happens now?
Due to the current pandemic law, we are forced to have very small groups to ensure that each student has 10 sqm each. This means that most classes fill upp fast which might put you on the Waiting List. Please still book the class you are interested in as people might cancel last minute and a spot opens up! When a spot opens up, the first one on the Waiting List automatically gets booked for the class. If you have the app, you are able to see which spot you have on the Waiting List. In case you get a spot in the class you've been waiting for, you will receive an e-mail with a booking confirmation. This can happen last minute as we sometimes have to cancel someones booking manually.
