After losing her faith in life, Kerstin found her way to yoga and meditation 18 years ago and felt an immediate passion. Yoga embodies her and helps to recognize thoughts and emotions that makes her life easier to live.
The spiritual journey of Kerstin has met with Shamanism, Sufism, Tantra and Mindfulness. Kerstin has also learnt to be pedagogic throught her experience with her twindaughters with cognitive differences. On her way she'd worked with Groups in grief processing and Livsstegen, 12 steps for inner Health (a variation of AA´s 12 steps)
Kerstin has been teaching Hatha yoga since 2010 and use tantric elements and inquiry.
