Matilda's yoga journey started over ten years ago, but it wasn’t until one of her travels to India that it became a part of her everyday life. Since then she has combined different types of yoga with dance, qigong, reiki and breathwork and she is always amazed by the magic that happens when the body and breath moves together.
The aim of her classes is experiencing the flow – the embodied awareness of being alive and present in the moment. Her teaching is intuitive and focuses on self-healing and balancing energies. The classes are both smooth and strong, leaving space for your own intuitive guidance.
She’s convinced that the body always asks for what it needs, we just have to learn how to listen to it with love and compassion.
