Welcome to this Parent & Baby Yoga Course which is all about integrating your baby into your yoga practice!
These classes are designed to keep your little one entertained, while giving You a chance to focus on yourself, your body and wellbeing.
Each class combines asana from different yoga styles and offers various modifications to suit all levels. Since the children will join us in movements we recommend taking the course when your baby has gained the strength to hold their head up.
Together, we'll create a relaxed playdate vibe and the participants are always free to take a break for nursing, nappy change or just cuddles.
No previous yoga experience necessary!

About your teacher, Anja:
Anja fell for yoga in 2007 thanks to her Indian host family in Boston, who lived by yoga sutra principals. She has been a certified yoga instructor since 2015 with 200h from Himalayan Yoga Valley Center, and, a few years later, she received 300h at the Rishikesh Yoga Association in India. Anja has worked as a yoga instructor in Spain, the Dominican Republic, Australia, Portugal, and Tanzania. She has participated in several yoga courses and conferences with teachings including ashtanga, hatha, prenatal-, and children's yoga. She is passionate about balancing physical, mental and spiritual health and holds certificates in different forms of massage therapy, as well as reiki and crystal healing. Anja has also, on occasion, lectured in yoga and holistic healing, and, since 2019, she has delivered tailored business courses in Office Yoga to companies in Stockholm.
