Are you ready for a blissful experience of yoga out of the box? Here goes an invitation to practice on water and we are stoked to offer you to this opportunity!
As the lake awakens to a new day and the sun rises to warm it’s surface, we’ll practice a slow yet dynamic flow on a stand up paddleboard.
Every motion of the water ripples into your body, supporting activation of the inner muscle layers and aiding our nervous system. Being on this element gives new perspectives and a natural pause from fast-paced everyday life ad we leave phones, to do-lists and the monkey mind on shore.
It’s a beautiful and fun way to re-discover the body, to work with balance and to be held by the grace of nature. All wrapped up in a yummy, sun kissed, floating savasana.
To top this experience off we’ll also share a delicious vegan breakfast with juices from Juica and a chia pudding made with love. There will be time to do some paddling, sun bathing, swimming and just vibing with each other too.

Stockholm SUP is located on Kungsholmen, just a stone's throw from Rålambshovsparken and Västerbron. To get to Smedsuddsvägen 23, you can take both the bus and the metro as recommended below.
Find parking by car:
If you come by car, the easiest way to park is by Riksarkivet and walk to Stockholm SUP in 2 minutes.
Find here with municipal traffic:
Closest bus station is Västerbroplan. If you go by metro, it's the green line to Thorildsplan or Fridhemsplan and a walk through Rålambshovsparken. Follow the road along the water all the way under Västerbron and up to the car park at Smedsuddsbadet. Go down the path on your left until you see a small shed and bridge by the water on the left side where it says Stockholm SUP.
All levels are welcome! No previous experience in either Yoga or SUP is required and anyone can join in. SUP Yoga is actually a great way to start practicing yoga! Only requirement is that you're able to swim. (Yes, sometimes you'll get a bath depending on how much you choose to challenge yourself!)
Stand up paddle comes from the surf culture but is a lot easier than surfing on a surf board. It's the fastest growing water sport in Europe and it's a very safe way to explore the water element.
You get it. This is something special and I'm so much looking forward to share this with YOU!
Welcome to a Summer’s morning to remember and cherish in heart for a long time!
