Sunday, 17th of January, 11.30-12:30

“FLOW BACK UP”

This Sunday we’ll focus on getting back up with the help of asanas and authentic movement. So you’ve had a tough year that has swept you off your feet (and not in a good way)? In this class we’ll focus on getting back on track. We’ll move through a flow where we focus on balance. And who cares if you fall? It’s just about finding the energy to get back up!

Sunday, 24th of January, 11:30-12:30

“MOVING ON”

This Sunday we’ll focus on moving on. After the year that we’ve all been through, it’s time to move on and experience new things. Let go of what has been. We will move through a flow with asana and free movement without looking back, instead we will focus on where we are now and how we can move forward.

Sunday, 31st of January, 11:30-12:30

“SO HERE WE ARE”

This Sunday we’ll focus on really being HERE, in this moment with the help of pranayama, self exploration and asana. We’ll move through a flow and stay in each asana a bit longer to really sense into every part of the body. A slow flow where we focus on our breath and really being present in the now.

Warmly welcome,
